How can Yahoo! Search Marketing Customer Service be so bad?

I’ve tried for three hours to set a local sponsored search account on Yahoo! and the interface simply doesn’t work. The same process on Google took no more then 15 minutes. When I was finally able to get a number for customer service, they can’t understand the problem nor help solve it.

    Every site has hick ups and shortcomings,yahoo is no different!!!
