I along with my friend, planning to start an Headhunting business & we are a group of researchers. So how can we decide on our price band for the Asian market (particularly India).

I couldn’t able to find any pricing related things anywhere in search results.

And should we charge lump sum or on commission basis.?

Please any expert help would be of a great use.

And if you have any other suggestions, we are open to that also.

Commission basis is standard for the industry. 25% to 35% of 1st year’s compensation is typical.
